Estimating Forms
Each form corresponds to a timing event in the property lifecycle: Form 00 captures pre-contract legal and deal terms; Form 01 captures walkthrough observations; Form 08 captures owner finish selections; and so on through Form 10 (Environmental). Filled sequentially as the project progresses. The form data feeds the estimating spreadsheet's INPUTS tab and the rate-card formula engine.
When to use
- When starting intake on a new property and need to know which form to fill out first
- When a PM is at a walkthrough and needs Form 01 on a tablet
- When owner selections need to be locked in and Form 08 must be completed
